LDNY360 supports Berry Architecture deal with Edmonton Architecture firm

LDNY360 is pleased to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of Brian Allsopp Architects by Berry Architecture + Associates.

The transaction represents far more than a conventional acquisition. It is a strategic alignment of vision, capability, culture, and geography, establishing a significant operational base in Edmonton, Alberta for the Red Deer headquartered architectural practice as part of its wider long-term growth strategy across Canada and the UK.

LDNY360 has been working closely with Berry Architecture since August 2024, supporting strategic growth, operational expansion, market positioning, and long-term strategic planning. During this period, the practice has continued to strengthen its operational footprint across Western Canada, building a team of more than 45 professionals while progressing through a structured five-year plan to establish a nationally connected architectural platform.

The acquisition reflects broader structural changes taking place across the built environment sector. Increasingly, successful firms are no longer thinking purely in local or reactive terms.
